Ann Tropée started as a joke amongst friends, a fictional Gonzo photographer obsessed with images of loneliness and erosion, of entropy both inanimate and human and the fineness of the line between the two at times. But as with many themes I picked up, it grew beyond the joke. While the influence of the idea of entropy goes beyond these photos, this collection represents the bulk of the photos taken under the Ann Tropée name.

Note that these photos, with the exception of the first (which was meant to be the "portrait" of Ann), were intended to be viewed in pairs.
